This losing weight is't what its cracked up to be. I'm used to nibbing on food during the day, when i felt hungry. Well, I quit doing that. and wow, did my body ever give me heck for missing those between meals snacks! But, it has paid off. I now only have two pairs of pants to wear. the rest are so big they fall off me even if i wear a belt. Now thats good, but I'm not done reducing my waise size yet. still some to go and for the target weight?????? I have no idea except I'll never go down to 155 again. nuts to that!
I think 200 or above maybe just right for me. maybe. i sure feel better now. YAY.
