thank you, Microsoft.....

I tell you, if it were not for Microsofts great service....I received the new mouse I ordered on Tuesday. Best Buy does have fast service. Well the new mouse only has about a 2 to maybe 2 1/2 foot cable. Its not long enough to reach my computer and desk. Great. So, I got to thinking...Should I? or shouldn't I??? That was the question.
I called MS product support and after almost 3 hours of fiddling around with the Windows XP fax program, faxed my product numbers into MS: I will be getting a replacement moose within 10 days. I just wish they could take the bugs out of this trackball. Its a great trackball, but it doesn't seem to last more than 6 to 8 months. And thats not just me. I have read other peoples comments on this product and its basically the same problem: the LED's fail.
Shame. good mouse, bad components.
I went and had my bone scan thing performed Wednesday. Boy, now that did scare me. This $249,000.00 machine, was processing its data on a DOS based program! The computer looked every bit like it came out of Best Buy! The printer, they can't store the data, its too large, is a HP 8## something. Now I am scared!!!
But the good news is that my calcium is up and so was my weight. Nuts.. sigh.. no speedo for me this coming summer, or the next or the next....
oh the horror.....
