now that was some storm!

it surprised all of us, including the scientific radar readers. but, we survived and scooter the cat broke the world's record for jumping in mid-air and turning around and diving under the bed. all it took was a huge bolt of lightening, followed by window shaking thunder. I didn't know a cat could move that fast.
but we've survived and now we face......another storm possibly tonight.
It also means I can't possibly mow the wet, soggy lawn. oh woe is me. whatever will I do........ ask a neighborhood kid if he wants to make $0.25 to mow my lawn? just kidding. I'd give him at least a buck....
