soggy Wednesday. but the lawn is mowed.

so now I can concentrate on cleaning up the house. interesting: the storms we had last night seem to come up from the SW, which is where they should be coming from in the spring and summer. But..... it's early yet.

So, I finally, after about 10 years, made an appointment to have the lawn mower serviced. WOw, I can't believe it is almost 20 years old! I found that out while at Sears and Roebuck looking for a battery. The lawn mower guy will tune up, sharpen, and do other things that should be done once every 12 months, not every 20 year. and, no matter what the stupid manual states, there is indeed a battery. but it is weir. You charge it 24 hours before you use it. Sear's doesn't carry a direct replacement battery anymore, it's a "2nd party product". ok. I guess. The battery is about the size of a pack of cigarettes, but costs $45.95. Wow. but I guess it's worth it. So I have to plan this upgrading thing a tad better.
I called the funeral parlor and nobody answered!!!!!! If you think this is a silly thing for me to do, remember, I have no family left. I'm it. The cat's meow, so to speak. If I don't do this, somebody else, of not my chosing will do it. So, after you read this, sit down, and try and write your own obit. Not an easy thing to do. and yes, I'm in pretty good health considering all the naughty things I've done in my life. ( Ya man!!!! some of the naughty things I've done twice!!!) oh well. Time to get the carts out.
I'm off!!!
