I majored in math and physics, but changed that to theatre. yay. good stuff. and yes I do find that material very helpful indeed. I finally had to pick a major in order to graduate and looking over my transcipt, discovered one area of study I had mostly "A"s: Psychology. I thought a nice real world practicum would be helpfull in narrowing down what area of psy I would go into. My prof suggested volunteering at our counties mental health crisis intervention agency. Not only did I find out what I'm good at, but what I excell at. I got my B.S. and that stuff has been a life saver in dealing with my life and trying to make sense out of the world. I had intended to pursue an M.S. and Ph.D. program, but life and money had different ideas. ( I have no idea how these students are surviving the cost in getting an education now days)
I wouldn't change anything that I have learned. A life changing experience!
