Twas the night, almost before Christmas......

Well, it snowed over her. nice, icy cold, slippery snow, covering ice! YES! Printed out the last of my Christmas cards for this year. I usually only send them to special friends, cause I can't really afford to spend $65.00 just mailing out cards. Or baking Fruit cakes. Yipes! I used to do that. the last year it cost me over $60 just for the fruit!! But they were good. I think I remembered everybody, or did I miss somebody??? I hate that, but...I also make up for forgetting by giving them a belated Christmas Present. It's going to be a small giving this year, mainly cause I'M Broke. ( thats a pretty good reason, isn't it?) Had a visitor last night, a good new friend, who I met about 3 years ago. We've become good buddies, while the "so called" friends I had, just lied to me and then betrayed me. So it goes. Lose three, gain one good friend. He was trying to convince me that I was being negative about the performance of our radio clubs executive board. I simply pointed out to him, I sleep great, my nose wasn't brown, and I'm not going to sell out a whole bunch of folks, just because of a few weak, whimps types. ( its a long story, but basically, some folks simply said they wanted club property , and by golly, they helped themselves, while our board didn't lift a finger to stop them! it's true.) oh well.
I just discovered I made a mistake when I ordered my brothers Arrow smith cd's. I thought I was ordering 3 cd's but I just took delivery of 6! Boy, he's going to have a smashing christmas! I still have a couple of cd's to burn for some older friends who like world war 2 music. i do too. they sang from their hearts back then.
So, I guess I'll add more a little later,. now, back to reality.
have a really great Christmas, go tell someone special you love them!
