The weather man ( we all know how right as rain his forecasts are) said we "COULD" have some thunderstorms this afternoon. Boy, is he out to lunch or what. I decided I didn't want to get wet so i hiked up to the Marathon station for some, get this, chips and cookies. Stupid? well, considering what my diet has been since the fridge when up in smoke, naw. this is good eating. yum. within 3 blocks, I looked for the world like I had been in a 4K race! I was covered with sweat. and moving slow. Heat will do that to you. I got home ok and saw one of my other neighbors jogging: she was really slow. oh well.
today is the day I do the final selection on a new fridge. yeah. lets see, Made in China AND Mexico. go figure. I'll be back later.
