its official.....I"m a lazy bones.

So today, we survived Hump day. Now on to getting ready for "THE WEEKEND " and TGIF.  I like surprizes. You never know what to expect or what you'll get.
So now, i should plan on how much weight i want to lose, or, what is my best weight. i thought around 200 would be the best, since i did get down to 155 once, and never again. i got the flu and thought i'd die. I had no enegery left in my body: i lost most of my antipose tissue. No more of that. i think 200 would be nice.
I think.
so, off to the research engine i go.
