"An upgrade has been released for Graphic Workshop Professional 3. This
release:


- Fixes a minor cosmetic bug in the new fixed tool bar which caused the
toolbar to blink when View mode was activated, in some circumstances,
under some builds of Windows, during select phases of the moon or
when Mars was in alignment with northern Montana. This wasn't much of
a bug, but we enjoyed stomping it none the less."
