"OK, this is real, I'm not kidding....."

Exactly how do you repair a cement bird bath??? Fat squirril knocked it over two winters ago, and it hit a slab of ice. It has a hair line crack. The water leaks out. The critters and birds are not very happy campers. Is there any "Safe" method to repair the crack, without causing the death of the critters? ( Some of the chemicals they use are not safe to eat or drink from)
