Wow, it's been almost 17 years since Jim Stanfield left us.

Jim Standfield was known as  Saiyjim, on Live Journal. That’s the blog we all seemed to use at that time. He was a whopping 15 year old teenager, whom I had no idea how old he was. He was very smart, and polite for a kid that age. I never knew his personal information. We all (that was a lot of back in 2000) had a love of "Dragonball Z". A Japanese anime that just went on forever and ever. (It’s still going on now). That was one series we all kind of loved viewing.  Jim, who played in the high school band, turned in front of a semi on his way to school.. He didn't make it. A lot of use on Live Journal decided to make up a sympathy card for his parents. It had lots of signatures on it. Mine included. One of us, I don't remember who, actually went to his parents’ house in Georgia, and presented it to them. They had no idea their son had so many friends  in the world he knew, and that cared for him.
That all happened about 18 years ago. Every year since, I post a reminder of Jim's friendship and how we miss him. Now, it unfortunately can included the most influential guy on that blog, Robert Morrison, a.k.a. The eternal lost lurker and mythrillmonth. While one list shrinks, another grows.
R.I.P. my good friends.
